How do you price junk removal?
By how much space your stuff takes up on the trailer — a quarter load, half load, full load, and so on. We give you the price before anything gets loaded, and it includes the labor and the dump fees.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Usually, yes. Text us a few photos of the pile or the room and we can get very close without coming out. For demo and skid steer work we'd rather look at it in person — it's free and it takes fifteen minutes.
Do I have to be there?
Not always. For a curbside pile or a garage we can access, we can handle it and send you photos when it's clear. For anything inside the house, we'd want you or someone you trust on site.
What won't you take?
Hazardous material — paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, and medical waste. If you're not sure what something counts as, send us a picture and we'll tell you where it needs to go.
Do you work with contractors and property managers?
That's a big part of what we do. Recurring debris hauls, turnover cleanouts, and machine work on your schedule. Call us about ongoing arrangements and standing rates.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, check, or Zelle when the job is done. Larger demo and machine jobs may take a deposit to hold the date — we'll tell you upfront if that applies.
